People that abandon or abuse animals are monsters and those pets should be rescued to give them a second chance at life. If you see a situation where a little pet is being abused or has been abandoned then at least take the time to make a phone call and try and get some help for that poor defenseless animal. Every animal deserves the chance to be happy and no pet deserves the horror of being abused or abandoned so if you see a situation that requires immediate attention then track down contact information for a local animal rescue group and give a little pet a second chance.
