Review of the 6 Week Body Makeover by an Actual User

So what do you do when you figure something is a fraud? Well you Search it of course! You will see a plethora of sites and hundred of bad complaints about the program when you Google the term “6 Week Body Makeover sham”. I have made it a point to compose this post to clear up some notions about this “scam” diet and make clear misunderstandings about the program.

I would like to give a unbiased of the body makeover eating program as I am currently on this eating plan and have enough knowledge to share an un-biased overview. I can say that my review is un-biased because I’m not trying to solicit you anything. You will not see any affiliate links to a weight loss product within this post (this diet does not have an affiliate eating program). There is absolutely no gift for me, except to share a neutral opinion towards all of the negative complaints.

The 6 Week Body Makeover by Michael Thurmond is an meal program that states that the user will be able to lose up to 30 pounds in six weeks. Like any smart consumer, I performed research on this product before I bought it.

The primary is, “will you shed weight on this meal program?” The short answer is, yes. However, this eating program is not like other diets. Once you start the program, you will be on it, for life. This program is about making over your body for a life-time, not just for a short-term weight loss routine. If you desire to shed a few quick pounds and go back to your flabby self, I suggest you try another fad diet. If you want to shed weight and learn how to keep it off, then do this meal program.

I, like many, have lost weight on this program and have gained lean muscle. Anyone can shed weight through eating less (and healthy) and performing small amount aerobic exercise once in a while. However, not everyone has knowledge about how to eat healthy and this is where the body makeover meal program comes into play. Before doing this eating program, I ate anything and everything that was convenient and accessible. I was eating McDonald and pre-packaged/processed approximately 4 days a week. Once I found out this eating program, I learned what types of foods my body needs in order to turn into a lean, mean, fat burning machine.

Many people complain that the Michael Thurmond diet is too “restrictive” and that you will lose too much weight too soon. Other complainers whine that it’s “too much too soon” and that they need to “wean off” of junk food. I’ve learned that if you want something bad enough (in this case losing weight), you will try hard and strive toward your goals. So, how bad do you desire to lose weight? Are you willing to give up up eating that bucket of macaroni and cheese for a flat stomach?

How much do you desire to shed weight? I have to admit that I dislike dieting (I figure no one in their right mind does). However, I do love the end result of losing 10 pounds of fat and gaining 10 pounds of muscle. I love that I can fit into my pants that were once too tight for me. There are small sacrifices that have to be made in order to lose weight and get that beautiful body you’ve always wanted. You are not a victim and neither are the whiners who haven’t lost weight on this program. They are the cheaters who reached for that additional donuts instead of reaching for the celery.
