Crib bedding can certainly improve the looks of a child’s nursery, however, bear in mind that matching comforters and pillows are of no value, in fact they are risky in a baby’s bed. You should talk to your pediatrician to get details, but in general, don’t use more infant bedding than you need to.

Remove all stuffed animals and pillows from the crib before putting baby to sleep, because they’re suffocation hazards. It is alright for a child to have toys in the crib as long as they are not falling asleep.

A pillow and comforters are appropriate for toddler beds, but by then your child may have a say in the decor.
