I have been in a blasphemous fiscal predicament in the past and I came out on the other side stronger. I seriously felt like there wasn’t a path out other than lying over and playing dead. I heavily mulled over bankruptcy, but didn’t fancy the fact it would cost me so much to do so, and it would endure a long lasting plague on my credit history. If I owned the money to afford what the bankruptcy attorneys wanted, I probably could have turned that to my accounts and cured some of my issues. I personally used a debt relief company. This may not be for all of us. The issue I want to make is by being proactive and confronting your situation by the horns mulling through the different methods that are out there for you.
